This module receives input signals from proximity detectors or magnetic receivers and converts the signals into digital keyboard phase signals indicating when the keyboard phase markers on the axis coincide with the keyboard phase sensor. The 3500 machine protection system can accept normal configuration of four keyboard phase signals and paired configuration of eight keyboard phase signals. The enhanced keyboard phase module is an improved 3500 system module. It provides expanded keyboard phase signal processing capabilities compared to previous designs, while maintaining downward compatibility with existing keyboard phase modules in terms of form, adaptation, and functionality, for use by legacy systems. The critical phase module P tile 125792-01 has been completely replaced by the updated 149369-01 module. The 3500/45 differential expansion monitor is a four channel monitor that receives input signals from eddy current sensors and uses this signal to drive alarms. Using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to program 3500/45, you can perform any of the following functions: differential expansion, compensated input differential expansion, and casing expansion (CH3, CH4).
The 3500/45 monitor uses a displacement input/output module that can receive input signals from the following Bentley sensors. Flow sensors: 25, 35, and 50mm extended range sensors and LVDT.
