信号输入
模块有两路独立的传感器一信号输入: SENS 1H (z8)/SENS 1L(z10))和SENS 2H (d8)/SENS 2L(d10)。与之匹配的传感可以是涡流传感器,如epro的PR6423+CONO21,也可以是霍尔效应传感器,如PR9376。输入电压范围为0…-27.3 V dc。
模块为传感器提供两路-26.75V直流电源一,见接线图。
SENS 1+(z6)/SENS 1- (b6)和SENS 2+ (d6)/SENS 2- (b8)。
传感器信号可以在模块前面板上SMB一接口处测到,所测信号为输入信号x0.15。
信号输出
a.模块有两路TTL脉冲输出,每个通道一路,电压0…+5V。
脉冲的宽度和频率与传感器信号一致。该信号既可在后面端子(z14/z16)输出,也可在前面板SMB接口“Pulse”处测得。
b.键相信号输出
模块有两路键相信号输出,每个通道一路,输出电压最大为24V。
键相信号可以由键相槽处测到,此时键相信号不仅表示转速,还可以确定轴在转动时的位置。这对分析诊断系统MMS6851尤为重要。

Ovation DCS是美国爱默生公司的大型自动化控制系统,其通讯速率为每秒100MB、处理容量为每秒200000点实时信息,联网长度达200 km ,节点数最多1000个。操作员站采用DELL公司的商用机﹐交换机采用的是CISCO的产品。该DCS以其支持带电插拔、简洁易用、功能强、组态方便、接线容易等诸多特点深受工控人的喜爱。CCPP采用了冗余Ovation DCS VWestinghouse西屋3.3.1,采用C/S结构,注册码授权,通讯协议采用以太网TCPIP。服务器安装Windows2003Server英文版,客户端安装WindowsXP英文版。

Signal input
The module has two independent sensor signal inputs: SENS 1H (z8)/SENS 1L (z10)) and SENS 2H (d8)/SENS 2L (d10). The matching sensors can be eddy current sensors, such as EPRO’s PR6423+CONO21, or Hall effect sensors, such as PR9376. The input voltage range is 0… -27.3 V dc.
The module provides two channels of -26.75V DC power supply for the sensor, as shown in the wiring diagram.
SENS 1+(z6)/SENS 1- (b6) and SENS 2+(d6)/SENS 2- (b8).
The sensor signal can be measured at the SMB interface on the front panel of the module, and the measured signal is the input signal x0.15.
signal output
a. The module has two TTL pulse outputs, one for each channel, with a voltage of 0…+5V.
The width and frequency of the pulse are consistent with the sensor signal. This signal can be output at the rear terminals (z14/z16) or measured at the SMB interface “Pulse” on the front panel.
b. Keyphase signal output
The module has two key phase signal outputs, one for each channel, with a maximum output voltage of 24V.
The key phase signal can be measured at the key phase slot, and at this time, the key phase signal not only represents the speed, but also determines the position of the shaft during rotation. This is particularly important for analyzing the diagnostic system MMS6851.
Ovation DCS is a large-scale automation control system developed by Emerson in the United States. It has a communication speed of 100MB per second, a processing capacity of 200000 real-time information points per second, a network length of 200 km, and a maximum of 1000 nodes. The operator station uses DELL’s commercial machines, and the switch uses CISCO’s products.
