The system (process) alarm under the fault condition of PM-876 in the PM876 3BDH000607R1 PLC module controller is time tagged in the controller at frame rate and transmitted to the HMI alarm management system. Mark VIe is a fully programmable control system. You can use multi-level password protection to make changes to application software and download it to the controller during system operation without restarting the main processor. In a redundant control system, the application software in each controller is the same and is a separate program for maintenance personnel. The modified download is automatically assigned to redundant controllers by the control system and any differences between controllers are monitored through diagnosis. All application software is stored in the non-volatile memory of the controller.
The application software runs in sequence, and dynamic data is displayed in functional block and ladder format. Maintenance personnel can add, delete, or change analog circuits, sorting, I/O allocation, and adjust constants. To simplify editing, data points can be selected, dragged, and placed from one block to another on the screen. You can also drag points from application software charts onto trends. Other features include Boolean (number) forcing, analog forcing, and trend analysis at the rate (frame rate) at which the application software runs. Application software documentation is created directly from source code and can be compiled and printed on a website. This includes application software diagrams, I/O allocation, and setting adjustment constants. Software maintenance tools can be used in HMI or as separate software packages on Windows based computers.
