ProSoft’s MVI56-LTQ is a communication interface module designed specifically for the Rockwell Automation ControlLogix platform, used to enable communication with Limitorque valve actuators and other devices compatible with the Limitorque protocol. The MVI56-LTQ module serves as an input/output module, located between the ControlLogix processor and the Limitorque valve network. The data transfer between the ControlLogix processor and the network is asynchronous. The module has a register space of 1500 words for transmitting valve information from the module to the processor.
