二极管又称晶体二板管、简称二极管，它是一种能够单向传导电流的电子器件。在半导体二极管内都有一个PN结两个引线喘子，这种电子器件按照外加电压的方向，具备单向电流的传导性般来讲、晶体极管是一个由P 型半导体和型半导体烧结形成的PN结界面，半导体材料有错、硅及化合物字体等。
命名方法
国产二极管的命名方法通常根技国家标准GB-249-74 规定，由五部分组成，如下表所示。例如，2AP9表示N型锗材料普通二极管，3DD18表示NPN型硅材料低频大功率三极管。
