Firstly, jumper W1 connects the pull-up resistor to the SERDATOUT signal on the back signal connector. Jumpers W2, W3, and W4 indicate whether SCXI-1160 is to be connected to the DIO board or MIO board. If there is nothing connected to the back signal connector of SCXI 1160, the arrangement of these jumpers is irrelevant. Finally, jumper W5 buffers the SCXI bus MISO line and transmits it to the SERDATOUT signal on the back signal connector.
