The F8627X Ethernet communication module is a key component in network communication, mainly responsible for Ethernet initialization, as well as receiving and sending Ethernet data. This module can complete the conversion from RS-485 format data to Ethernet format data, and vice versa. This is mainly achieved through two tasks: RS-485 data to Ethernet data task and Ethernet data to RS-485 data task. These two tasks are synchronized through message queues. The Ethernet communication module is based on the traditional Ethernet communication mechanism and uses Ethernet and TCP/IP protocols as the communication foundation. This allows it to provide absolute support for TCP/IP communication in any situation. In order to meet the real-time requirements in automation, an optimized real-time communication channel based on PLC Ethernet layer has been introduced to reduce communication time and improve the performance of automation data refresh.
