3500/62过程变量监测器是一个六通道监测器，用于监测机械上需连续监测的关键参数(如压力、流量、温度、电平等)。该监测器可接受＋4到＋20mA的电流输入和－10到＋10Vdc范围内的电压比例值输入。它将这些信号进行处理，然后再与用户可编程的报警值比较。

The 3500/62 process variable monitor is a six channel monitor used to monitor key parameters that need to be continuously monitored on machinery, such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, level, etc. This monitor can accept a current input of+4 to+20mA and a voltage proportional value input within the range of -10 to+10Vdc. It processes these signals and then compares them with user programmable alarm values.
3500/62 can be programmed using 3500 rack configuration software to perform voltage or current measurements. 3500/62 provides corresponding I/O modules based on three signal input forms:+/-10 V DC, insulated 4-20mA, and 4-20mA, with intrinsic safety Zener barriers. The internal safety barrier I/O has an external power input terminal, providing intrinsic safety power for 4-20mA sensors.

The 3500/72M piston rod position monitor is a 4-channel monitor that receives signals from Bently Nevada eddy current sensors and processes these signals into various dynamic and static position measurement parameters for comparison with user programmable alarm settings. Each channel of the 3500/72M can be programmed by the 3500 rack configuration software to complete the following functions:
Measurement of piston rod position
Measurement of piston rod drop
Supercompressor measurement
The main functions of the 3500/72M monitor are:
1. Continuously compare the monitored parameters with the alarm set points of the configuration, drive the alarm, and achieve mechanical protection for the reciprocating compressor.
2. Provide important reciprocating compressor machine information for operators and maintenance personnel. According to the configuration, each channel typically processes input signals into various parameters called “proportional values”. Each valid proportional value can be configured as a warning set point, and any two valid proportional values can be configured as a danger set point.
