3500/42M Function
The monitoring channels are set in pairs and can perform up to two specified functions simultaneously. For example, channels 1 and 2 can perform one function, while channels 3 and 4 perform another or the same function. The Proximitor seismic monitor triggers alarms by comparing monitoring parameters and selected alarm settings in real-time, thereby protecting the machine. It informs the operation and maintenance staff of important machine information. According to different configurations, each channel typically adjusts its input signal to generate a set of static values. Alarm setpoints can be established for any current static value, or danger setpoints can be established for any two of these values. Use framework configuration software to set alarm levels for any value measured by the monitor, and set danger setpoints for any two values measured by the monitor. For each measurement value, the alarm can be set to 0-100% of full scale. When the full scale range exceeds the sensor range, the set value is limited by the sensor range.
