Before use, 8406-113 must be configured through the first boot menu; These items cannot be edited while the engine is running. For standard operation, the 8406-113 configuration points can be obtained from the front panel display screen. Other configuration points (as well as standard configuration points) can be accessed from the monitoring window software through the ServLink communication serial link.
The control unit has nine status menus for easy monitoring and troubleshooting. These menus are system status, engine status, generator status, synchronizer status, KW load status, PF/KVAR status, I/O status, sequence status, and ATS status (please note that the LS model does not have any transfer switch function. If the device is set to connect the local system bus to the power supply and requires an MC unit to perform ATS functions).
