The 805405-1 on-site power module is designed to provide adjustable voltage and current regulation excitation processes for DC motors in the AutoMax series. For this purpose, the 805405-1 on-site power module is used together with the three-phase armature power module, both of which are connected to the same PMI rack. The SCR power bridge of the 805405-1 on-site power module is designed to operate using AutoMax programming execution software.
The rated power of the 805405-1 on-site power module is 15 output amperes, and the AC input voltage range is 120 to 460 VAC, using a non reverse bridge type. In addition, the 805405-1 on-site power module also has an electrically isolated power cube, which has its own dv/dt protection and internal AC line fuses. There is also a self igniting fixture used to prevent induced voltage kick events caused by current interruption. The rectifier of the 805405-1 on-site power module consists of a total of four SCR’s, all of which are configured for full wave bridge use. The isolation transformer is an optional component of this module.
