The MVME2100 series VME processor module is a series of highly modular single board computers used for VME applications. The core of MVME2100 is MPC8240, a highly integrated PowerPC architecture microprocessor, MPC60x class core, advanced memory controller, and peripheral component interconnect (PCI) interface. With the combination of MPC8240 and PCI mezzanine card (PMC) and pcmip mezzanine slot, MVME2100 provides customers with high-performance building blocks for industrial automation I/O expansion, telecommunications, medical science, or imaging applications.
