Hydran M2 is a compact permanently installed online transformer monitoring device that can alert personnel to ongoing fault situations. It continuously monitors the composite value (in ppm) of various faulty gases or only the hydrogen value (depending on the purchased sensor). In addition, it also tracks the moisture in the oil (readings are% RH and ppm).
By adding additional sensors, the Hydran M2 can also comply with IEEE and IEC standards ®® Standard calculation transformer mathematical model to provide more information about transformer performance.
