IS200TPROH1C is an Emergency Protection (TPRO) terminal board developed by GE. Three PPRO I/O packages are installed on the Emergency Protection (TPRO) terminal board. It has a pair of potential transformers (PT) for bus and generator voltage input, and regulates the speed signal input for PPRO. There are three DC-37-pin connectors on top, one on each side of the PPRO group connector. Each DC-37 accepts cables leading to the Mark * VIe backup trip relay terminal board. TPROH1C has two pluggable modules, each with 24 barrier terminals.
Do not unintentionally cross connect the DC voltage in 240 V AC and 240 V AC applications. The peak voltage will be higher than the rated value of the MOV, causing the MOV to fail. Most AC power sources have a grounded neutral line, so if an unexpected connection is established between 125 V DC and AC voltage, the sum of AC peak voltage and 125 V DC will be applied to the MOV connected between DC and ground. On the other hand, in 120 V AC applications, the MOV rating can withstand peak voltage without failure.
