MMS6312

应用：双通道转速测量模块 MMS6312 测量轴的转速, 使用触发齿轮及脉冲传感器产生的输出。两个通道可以独立使用,可用于测量：－两个轴的转速；－两个轴的零转速；－两个轴的键相脉冲信号，每个轴一个键相触发标识，用以描述相位；－在使用多齿触发齿轮时，按每转输出一个脉冲的模式(与相位无关) 得到两个轴的键相脉冲信号。两个通道可以结合起来使用：－监测一个轴的旋转方向；－监测两个轴的速度差值；－作为多通道或冗余系统的一部分。这种模块的测量可以和其它模块的测量一起组成涡轮机械保护系统, 以及作为输入提供给分析诊断系统、现场总线系统、分散控制系统、电厂/主计算机、网络如：WAN/LAN 网、局域网。对于蒸汽机、燃汽机、水轮机、压缩机、风扇、离心机以及其它涡轮机械，使用本系统可提高使用效率、运行安全性和延长机械使用寿命。

MMS6312

Application: The dual channel speed measurement module MMS6312 measures the shaft speed using the output generated by the trigger gear and pulse sensor. Two channels can be used independently and can be used to measure: – the rotational speed of two shafts; – Zero speed of two shafts; – Keyphase pulse signals from two axes, with one keyphase trigger identifier for each axis to describe the phase; – When using a multi tooth trigger gear, the keyphase pulse signals of both axes are obtained by outputting one pulse per revolution (independent of phase). Two channels can be combined for use: – monitoring the direction of rotation of an axis; – Monitor the speed difference between the two axes; – As part of a multi-channel or redundant system. The measurement of this module can be combined with the measurement of other modules to form a turbomachinery protection system, and provided as input to analysis and diagnosis systems, fieldbus systems, distributed control systems, power plants/main computers, networks such as WAN/LAN networks, and local area networks. For steam turbines, gas turbines, water turbines, compressors, fans, centrifuges, and other turbine machinery, the use of this system can improve efficiency, operational safety, and extend the service life of the machinery.
